Rise Above Cookie Co. is a cottage bakery based in Charles Town, West Virginia, creating premium, freshly baked cookies that are anything but ordinary.

With more than 20 years of culinary experience as a professional chef, Vincent brings the expertise behind every batch. Jourdan brings a background in design and marketing—and together, we share one very important thing: we LOVE cookies.

Since launching in April 2026, our monthly Cookie Club drops have quickly developed a viral following, drawing cookie lovers back each month for creative, seasonal, and limited-edition flavors. Alongside our Cookie Club Drops, our lineup of beloved classics are available at select retailers throughout the Eastern Panhandle and at local events.

Butterscotch Chocolate Toffee Crunch - Double chocolate cookie with butterscotch chips, caramel and crunchy toffee crust

We are a family business run by Vincent, a professional chef by trade, and Jourdan who is a graphic designer. We both love sharing our love of cookies and the joy they bring. Everyone loves cookies!
