We wanted to give everyone a quick update on a few things happening at Kitt’s!

If you’ve stopped in over the last week, you’ve probably noticed a little more noise than usual. That’s because we’re installing a brand-new fire suppression system throughout both our upstairs and our lower level.

While this project is a major investment in the future of our building, it’s also laying the groundwork for what's to come. We have some exciting concepts planned for the lower level, and this is an important step in bringing those ideas to life.

Most importantly, this upgrade means that Kitt’s is safer than it has ever been in the building's 100+ year history. Your safety—and the safety of our team—has always been, and will always be, one of our highest priorities.

Thank you for your patience while we complete these improvements. We’re excited for everything that is ahead and can’t wait to share more with you soon.

For those who didn't know the story, B.B. King famously named all of his Gibson guitars "Lucille." The name came after he narrowly escaped a fire at a dance hall while trying to save his guitar. He later named every guitar Lucille as a reminder to never risk his life for a possession again.

🔥 Some flatbreads are made for lunch. The Lucille was made to steal the show. 🔥
We start our scratch-made flatbread, then pile it high with smoky Memphis-style chicken, crispy bacon, bourbon onions, fresh tomatoes, jalapeños, onions, melted cheese, and a drizzle of tangy BBQ sauce that ties it all together.
It's sweet. It's smoky. It's a little spicy. It's messy in all the right ways.
Every bite brings something different—the smoky chicken, the kick from the jalapeños, the sweetness of the bourbon onions, and that irresistible BBQ finish that keeps you reaching for just one more bite.
