Today was our very first day on the road with the PHO-King food trailer, and because of all of you, WE COMPLETELY SOLD OUT!
When we first dreamed up this food trailer, we just wanted to share our love for a seriously good, comforting bowl of pho. We never could have anticipated the incredible turnout, the long lines, and the overwhelming warmth we received from the community today.
To everyone who stopped by, grabbed a bite, shared a laugh, or cheered us on: Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your support means the absolute world to us, and you made our official day one unforgettable.
We are already back in the kitchen prepping, chopping, and simmering fresh broth so we can do it all over again.
