Own a piece of food truck history with this turnkey ready ice cream/concessions van! I have owned this van for the past five years operating under the name "The Rolling Snack Shack" in Central Nebraska. It runs, drives, stops and all the equipment you see in the pictures is included and working!
The interior was totally renovated to fulfill Nebraska state health codes when I purchased it. It has passed every health inspection it's had since I started doing business. We mainly sold pre-packaged novelty ice cream, hot dogs, and nachos amongst other things. The business was profitable and I loved running it, but I'm simply looking to pursue other interests in life.
