Well after much experimenting over the past few days. We’ve found the best way to cook up our NEW cheesy brisket and pork potato bites we will be adding to the menu. Also we’re adding our Budda’s brisket Twinkies which are made in an egg roll wrap. Along with our version of a yum yum sauce for dipping.
Unfortunately due to space we’re only able to carry so much stuff with so we will have limited quantities when we’re out. We do our best to stock as much as possible. Pricing to come its the last part we’re working on. This Thursday 9/3/26 we will be at the Destination Downtown x Night Market in downtown Kearney we’re there from 5-8. Come check out our new menu items.
