I woke with a heavy heart, and as much as I tried to continue throughout the day, I found myself drawn to my wife’s gravesite. No matter how much time has passed, there are still some days when the pain feels heavier than others, and unfortunately, today is one of those days. I think I need to take this day to slow down, reflect, remember, and give myself the space to reset. Sometimes, moving forward means allowing yourself a moment to simply feel what’s there.
