My staff and I have decided that Sunday, August 9th will officially be our last day at Drake’s Place. ❤️

If you’re able to, we’d truly appreciate you stopping by next Friday through Sunday for one last breakfast or lunch with us. Every visit helps us with the closing costs and assists our amazing staff as they transition into their new jobs.

We will be open this Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6am-2pm

Hey everyone, we have some news to share. We will be closing the doors at Drake’s Place.

First, I just want to say thank you to my amazing landlords for giving me the opportunity to run my own restaurant. It has always been a dream of mine, and I had so much fun doing it. I don’t regret a single thing.

While this chapter is coming to an end, I’m incredibly excited for what’s ahead.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to give Decker Landscape & Design the time and attention it deserves while also operating the diner. With the opportunity to sign a long-term lease for my landscaping company, I’ve decided it’s time to put my full focus into growing that business moving forward.

I love cooking. I love serving food. I love seeing all of our amazing customers. I’m so grateful for everyone who worked here and helped out along the way. The restaurant industry is no joke. It takes an incredible amount of hard work, dedication, and sacrifice to be successful, and I have a tremendous amount of respect for everyone in it.

Moving forward, this week we will be open Wednesday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Then, for the month of August, we will be open Friday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Sunday, August 30th, will be the final day that we are open.

If you’ve never had a chance to stop in, or if it’s been a while since your last visit, we’d love to see you one last time. Please come out and support us during our final weeks. Every meal, every coffee, and every visit means so much to us as we close this chapter. It would truly mean the world to my staff and me to have the opportunity to serve you one last time.

Thank you so much to everyone who supported Drake’s Place. It truly means the world to me.
