Fun fact: Scallops are the champions of the sea when it comes to swimming! 🌊🐚

Unlike oysters or clams that stay stuck in one place, scallops can actually clap their shells together to "swim" and propel themselves through the water to escape predators! 🏃‍♂️💨

We cook them fresh on the grill with a generous helping of our rich, house made garlic butter, searing the outside to a golden crisp while keeping the inside tender. 🤤🔥
