Our sincerest apologies, Bradley. This is not how we train our team members, nor is this acceptable behavior in general, and certainly not how we expect on of our own team members to behave.
We have given a written warning to this team member with the understanding that if something like this should happen again, it will lead to immediate termination. This is the first report of any such behavior and we believe it to be an isolated incident. He will also go through our training process again.
We know that nothing can reverse this terrible incident, but we would like to offer you, in compensation for your experience, one free sandwich of your choice, with one bag of chips and one free drink. Please respond and we will give you more information about how to obtain your free items. Again, our deepest apologies, we are absolutely appalled by this incident and hope that we can somehow make it right.
