Hatch Chile marinated for 60 days. Smoked for 10 hours with cherrywood!! Came out Fantastic.

Had a blast with my daughter Sanchez
Vicente Orellana and my old MG buddy William Blome promotion ceremony. Cooked up some Brisket, Sausage, Mac & Cheese and Cowboy beans. Everyone loved the BBQ!! I missed my right hand man today Koa Sanchez due to him having to be at work. But long night and day, but my friend was happy and everyone there as well. Thank you BG and Geo for the help today.
