Got a few extra forks, spoons or table knives tucked away in a drawer? We’d love to give them a seat at our table.

Southern Dough is collecting everyday silverware to help fill our tables with good food, good conversation and even better memories.

And when we say silverware, we don’t mean actual silver. Nothing fancy needed! Stainless steel forks, spoons, table knives and serving pieces are exactly what we’re looking for.

Mismatched? Perfect.
Incomplete set? We’ll take it.
A handful of odds and ends? Absolutely.
Just one lonely spoon? Bring it on.

Because around here, it doesn’t have to match to belong at the table.

If you have a few pieces you’re ready to part with, bring them by Southern Dough. Every fork, spoon and knife helps us keep doing what we love most: bringing people together around the table.

One of the things we love most about being a local restaurant is having the opportunity to take care of the community that takes such good care of us.

We’re incredibly grateful for organizations like The Ballard House that provide comfort, support, and a home away from home for families during some of life’s most difficult moments. If we can make their day a little easier with a warm, home-cooked Southern Dough meal, you can count us in.

The first day of school is a milestone for everyone — from little ones starting their very first day, to big kids finding their way, to moms watching another year fly by, and teachers pouring their hearts into a brand-new group of students.

At Southern Dough, we know that when you choose to eat with us, you’re trusting us to serve your family food we’d be proud to serve our own.

That’s why we don’t take shortcuts.

Our romaine is hand washed, hand chopped, and prepared fresh in our own kitchen every day for our salads and sandwiches. Our spring mix and specialty greens are hydroponically grown right here in Texas, giving us beautiful, fresh lettuce with exceptional quality.

From the produce we choose to the care we take in preparing every meal, quality has always been at the heart of what we do.

Thank you for trusting us and supporting a local restaurant that believes fresh really should mean fresh. We can’t wait to make you a salad you’ll feel great about enjoying.

At Southern Dough, the recipes matter… but it’s our people who make this place feel like home.

This time of year is always a little bittersweet as we say goodbye to some incredible team members who are heading off to college and chasing exciting new opportunities. Watching these young men and women grow, cheer each other on, and become part of the Southern Dough family has been such a privilege. We couldn’t be prouder of them, and while we’ll miss their smiling faces, they’ll always have a place in our hearts.

At the same time, we’re excited to welcome a new group of team members who will carry on the kindness, hospitality, and Southern charm that make Southern Dough so special. The heart of this restaurant has never been just one person—it’s a team of people who genuinely care about serving our community.

If you’ve been meaning to stop by, this is the perfect week. Come help us wish our departing team members all the best on their next adventure, give a warm Southern Dough welcome to our newest faces, and enjoy a meal made with the same heart that’s been bringing people together from day one.
