It's been hard to come to this decision, but due to rising costs and other factors we have decided to retire from the bbq business. The pit has been sold, along with one of our two food trucks.

I will be putting our other food truck complete with hood, vent, and generator up forsale shortly. We also have a dual basket digital fryer system with automated oil filtration system that will be available shortly as well. The 10x20 commercial grade tent and certified sink pack are also available.

It's been a huge a mount of fun for Julie, I and the entire staff sincerely appreciate all of you that we have met and become friends with over the years. The sheer delight so many of you express when eating with us made all the hard work by the entire team well worth the effort and time. Thank you all so much!

Cooking with my stewartville sportsman club brothers on Saturday. Wonderful Buffalo/Bison Briskets are already sitting in marinade for Saturday when they go on the smoker. We also have beautiful venison cuts in a garlic, onions , mushrooms, and red wine reduction sauce. Also going on the pit on saturday is bacon wrapped elk roasts with Rose Mary and fennel. Over thirty different kinds of wild game to sample! We will also have summer sausage, a variety of cheese trays, ice cold beer, and of course wild rice soup and stuffed mushrooms, and pheasant fingers!

Plus there will be raffles all night long. appetizers at 5pm dinner at 6pm till we run out. Stop on out and grab a ticket at the door. go south on 63 through stewartville mn and then take a right at podeins John Deere Dealership. Just 2 miles down the road on your right hand side. stop at the Casey's and grab cash as we dont have a cash machine onsite. The best dinner out on this Saturday!!
