This is a multi-course, collaboration dinner showcasing the locally grown produce of Thane Palmberg. With Palmberg Farm's fall harvest alongside our sheep's milk cheeses this is sure to be a dinner you won't want to miss!

The Matt Villinger Trio will set the mood with live jazz throughout the evening. Reservations are available through the events tab on our website.

Two fabulous new desserts on the menu from Jeff Workman! Prairie Tomme Flan and Paw Paw cheesecake. These were partially devoured by the front of house team before I could get a good pic! (They finished them off after we got the photo.) Not to be missed!! Paw Paws are only in season for a very short time. Our Paw Paws are thanks to the incomparable Linda Hezel from Linda Hezel. Prairie Tomme flan is destined to be around for a long time- soooo good!
