Geos Cafe is now open at 3523 E. Red Bridge Road -- offering Brazilian pastries, sandwiches, smoothies, acai bowls, coffee and matcha beverages.
Co-owner Geovana Teixeira grew up in Goiânia, Brazil where she learned to make pastries. She got into coffee while living in London during her college years.
“I learned to bake pastries in Brazil but my approach to coffee is European,” she says.
