We are having a Big Sale this month! All of our Big Series Kung Fu Cup Sets are on sale for 25% off throughout the month of July.
Our high quality porcelain Big Series Kung Fu Cup Sets were hand-crafted at the Eastern Jade Porcelain Studio, which is operated by Shang’s friend, Mr. Zheng. Personally designed by Shang and Mr. Zheng, these Big Series Cups have been fired four times at over 2300 degrees Fahrenheit, with the design put on at a higher temperature during the last firing session. This process allows the design to become flush with the porcelain and the glaze.
The Big Series Kung Fu Cup Sets include a filter/infuser and a lid, hold approximately 16 ounces, and are dishwasher safe. These cup sets are available in the shop and online at shangtea.com.

Today is the first day of spring (even though in KC it feels like it could be the first day of summer, and on Monday it felt like the middle of winter)!

As we in KC have seemingly experienced multiple seasons in less than a week, we want to highlight a tea that is great to have in any season!

Our Special Reserve Green Tea is indeed a special tea. Many factors set this tea apart from traditional green teas, from its origin on what was an abandoned tea farm in the southern Fujian Mountains, to it being comprised of leaves from the elegant Mei Zhan and Huang Dan tea plants, as well as its unique flavor notes of a smooth and subtle buttery undertone with an inherent light and naturally sweet finish.
