Burrata — Made with heirloom tomatoes, tomato vinegar, Calabrian chili crisp, sweet and sour cipollini onions & sweet corn puppadum 🍅

Skate wing piccata - Made with ciabatta crostini, Romano bean warm calamari salad & saffron black lime aioli ✨ Note from Chef Aaron, ‘I love this dish. Crispy pan fried fish with caper white wine and lemon over the top sitting on the toasted bread that soaks up all the sauce!’ 👏

Spaghetti alla Chitarra — Made with spicy Genovese pesto, rock crab, jalapeno, basil & preserved zucchini. 🌿

Last but far from least, Cavatelli — Made with sungold tomato pomodoro, black garlic, straciatella, black truffle butter & reggiano; we think this one will end up an instant favorite for a good reason 🧈
