New Coffee Alert 🚨

We’re breaking our own mold and bringing in our first ever coffee from Ethiopia on Drip and Retail starting tomorrow at the shop

This lot comes to us from the Hambela Wamena district located in the Oromia region of southern Ethiopia and was produced by 282 small farming families who deliver cherry to the Dimtu washing station there

Processed as a traditional natural that the area is known for this exceptional offering harkens back to the classic fruit forward profiles that were synonymous in the 2010s era of specialty coffee

In the cup we get notes of Strawberry and Fudge with a balanced pop of Citric Acidity, Round Body and a lingering note of Peach that feels almost nostalgic now for an older coffee buyer or drinker

As we have primarily sourced from Central and South America since our inception this is going to be a real treat for our customers and staff alike and will be available for a short time only as our PEAK Light Roast option

We currently host a dynamic and classic profile from the Puebla Farmers Project for members of the Roasting Club and plan to feature some micro-lots through our retail shop Take Care later this year
