Winterbock, our award-winning dark doppelbock l***r, is back for another season! 🍻 ❄️ Rich with malt flavors of caramel and dark chocolate, Winterbock is decadent yet smooth, finishing clean and silky thanks to German Munich and Pilsner malts and weeks of cold l***ring time.

Winterbock is coming to retailers near you beginning October 1st in 6-packs and on draught for a limited time! We'll have it at both Bierhalle locations starting Tuesday, October 6th.

What are your plans for the game? We're closed on Mondays, but KC Bier Co Lenexa is opening at 5:00PM just for the occasion! Come watch on the big screen outside!

The Butlers have done it again! As winners of our Bock Party Homebrew Scale-Up Competition earlier this year, multi-award winning pair Mike and Stephanie were invited to brew their winning recipe in our brewhouse!

Their winning bier, Meisterstück, is a delicious, drinkable Maibock clocking in at 7.25% ABV and 30 IBUs. We'll be tapping a special keg this Saturday at 3:30PM at the Waldo Bierhalle to celebrate the release, with draught and a limited number of 6-packs available.
