Happy Father’s Day to the men who built this legacy. ❤️

To John thank you for taking a dream and turning it into something that has brought families together for generations. What started with a love for great fish and hard work became more than a business. It became a tradition.

And to my husband, thank you for carrying that legacy forward. For the early mornings, the long days, and the commitment to preserving what was built while continuing to grow it for future generations. Your dedication, integrity, and love for this family are what keep this story going.

Mad Jack’s has always been about more than fish. It’s about family, faith, and bringing people together around the table.

Today, we celebrate the man who started it all and the man making sure the legacy lives on.
