What a week for DRG at the Arby’s Worldwide Convention! 🎩👏

Major highlight: DRG was honored with the Arby’s Foundation Make A Difference Award, along with $50,000 to give back to our local community partners. In addition, Jason Dunn, DRG Chief Restaurant Officer, received the Thinking Outside the Hat Award presented by Arby’s President David Graves.

And a shout out to our team members for supporting the Culinary Showcase! It was a week that reminded us what makes DRG special: our people and the impact they make every day.

From education and career readiness to mentorship, housing support and youth development, these grants are helping incredible organizations create more opportunities for the next generation. Last month, we brought Market Training Managers from across DRG together in Las Vegas for two days of collaboration, connection, and growth. Our MTMs play an important role in developing our teams and driving excellence in our restaurants. Bringing this group together gave us the chance to learn from one another, strengthen our approach, and head back to our markets ready to make an even bigger impact. Better together.
