Part-Time | Thursdays & Saturdays, 2 PM – Close (+ fill-in shifts available)
About Us:
Fric & Frac is a family-owned Kansas City institution since 1976 — known for great burgers, Suzy Q fries, pool, pinball, and a neighborhood atmosphere where everyone feels like a regular. With patio season on the way, we're adding to our team.
We're Looking For:
A reliable, friendly person who can commit to every Thursday and Saturday, 2 PM to close. Additional fill-in shifts are available when other staff needs a day off — great if you're looking to pick up extra hours. If you want steady part-time work with great tips and a fun, low-drama environment — this is it.
What You'll Do:
• Greet guests and take food/drink orders
• Serve food and drinks with a smile
• Keep your section and the patio clean and organized
• Process payments accurately
• Work with kitchen and bar staff to keep things running smooth
• Handle guest questions and any issues with a positive attitude
What We're Looking For:
• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
• Good communication and people skills
• Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team player
• Must be available every Thursday and Saturday, 2 PM – close
• Bonus: flexibility to pick up occasional fill-in shifts on other days
