Our pepperoni comes from Ezzo Sausage Company, a family business curing meats since 1906.

It's cup-and-char. It curls as it bakes, so the edges go crisp and every cup holds a little pool of rich pepperoni oil. Came out of the Buffalo pizza scene, now a favorite of serious pizzerias everywhere.

Small detail. Big difference. 🍕

The fold isn't a gimmick. An 18-inch New York slice needs the structure, and folding it keeps the tip from giving out on the walk to your car.

Crisp on the bottom. Melty on top.

Whole pies and by the slice, all day. 🍕

Three years running, Kansas City has voted us its favorite pizza. Favorite lunch and best gluten free, too.

We're not going to overthink it. We'll keep making the same pies the same way — good flour, real tomatoes, a three-day ferment, and an oven that demands attention.

Thank you, KC. 🍕
