You may not know it, but our owner and her husband (Louis) come from a fine-dining background, and they have been hustling to find a place that is 🤌 PERFECT (*chef’s kiss*) for their next chapter!

We will have LOTS more info in the following weeks, but here are some details about our new adventure:
- small plates concept
- wine/cocktail program

- locally sourced meat/produce

- located inside The Village at Briarcliff

We started this journey in February 2020, and it has been quite a whirlwind 🌪 Through lockdowns, supply chain shortages, and moving to a new kitchen we have HUSTLED to have y’all 🍣

All that hustle is starting to pay off‼️ We are sad to announce that we (Sarah & Louis) will BE SHUTTING DOWN SUSHI MO! AT THE END OF NOVEMBER, but don’t worry KC we aren’t going anywhere. 😉

has helped our fledgling business grow so much. Within 1 year in NKC we were able to open a second concept ( ) and begin pursuing a brick-and-mortar location. We are so thankful for the opportunities Iron District gave us and we are excited to create room for more concepts and new beginnings!
