Wednesday on the roof at . Thank you, Kansas City. 🍣

A one-time menu, their bar, our DJs, and a rooftop that stayed full from the moment doors opened. One of the best nights we've had.

We didn't expect a line down the building, and we ran out of food before the night was over. Apologies to anyone who waited longer than they should have.

More collabs and pop-ups coming, and we'll be ready for you. Thank you for having us.

The half of the sashimi list people sleep on.

Hamachi is yellowtail, kanpachi is amberjack, madai is sea bream. All three are cleaner and
lighter than tuna, and they are the ones our chefs reach for. Ask what is cutting best the night
