We’re looking for someone who loves to bring care and thoughtfulness to the guest experience, for problem solvers and open communicators. Position is part-time, and included in our tip pool.

Offering lunch and dinner service throughout the week (Monday - Saturday, ideal candidates will have flexible availability. Part time positions available. Two years restaurant experience preferred, but anyone with a passion for warm hospitality and an excitement to learn more is encouraged to apply.

Earl’s Premier in East Brookside is opening later this month, and looking for bartenders to join our team!

We are a neighborhood American restaurant, committed to being a safe workplace rooted in shared responsibility and opportunity for all our team. The intimate space will have an emphasis on enlightened service and well-trained staff, but will value warm hospitality above everything. Featuring a small menu inspired by fresh New England seafood, alongside a thoughtfully-curated beverage program.

We’re looking for people who love to bring care and thoughtfulness to the guest experience, for problem solvers and open communicators. If warmth is your top priority and mutual respect for your team is non-negotiable. If you like your cocktails classic, your beer craft, and your wine list focused on diverse and dynamic producers. If you love great food and drinks, and throwing the party of the year every night of the week, we encourage you to apply.

Previous experience with or knowledge of craft cocktails, beer and wine are always a plus, but a curious mind is a must! Staff training and education will be an ongoing priority for all.
