Our chef-driven menu is available seven days a week for lunch, dinner and late night and features our famous Boulevard Fish and Chips, Baja "75th" Street Tacos, made-to-order Smac 'N' Cheese, The Mahomes Sandwich (a local favorite!) and a variety of burgers, sandwiches and salads. Sip on one of our signature cocktails, such as our White Peach Sangria, or select from one of 30 Craft Beers on tap. Several private rooms and semi-private areas can accommodate parties from 20 to 120 guests. With live streaming and all satellite sports packages, The Well is the perfect place to gather with friends to watch the game. The Rooftop patio, complete with yard games, is open year-round, and during the winter months a 360° clear span heated tent along with fire pits helps keep away the chill.

Dear Valued Customers -

We are posting to let you know that The Well will soon close temporarily to make way for ECP Real Estate Group's Waldo74Broadway development project planned for the majority of the block at 74th and Broadway.

The existing restaurant and bar will be razed to make room for the six-story project, which will include apartment units, retail space, and a new location for The Well.

While we are sad to have to pause business at The Well for a time, we are also excited about the opportunity this project will bring to the Waldo area.

So please join us as we celebrate the last night of The Well at "The End of the Well as We Know It" Party, set for Saturday, September 9, from 6 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Starting at 9 p.m., local band Big People will entertain with classic to modern rock covers, and The Well's full grill and cocktail menus will be available.

Words cannot express how grateful we are for your patronage over the last 14 years! Happily, it isn't a goodbye forever, just a see you later!

In the meantime, we hope you'll visit our sister locations, Charlie Hooper's Bar and Grille in Brookside and Lew's Grill and Bar in Waldo.
