With a heart full of sadness I have to announce that Koosharina is no longer in business!
Kansas City customers, I can’t thank you enough for all the love and support you’ve shown to us since our day one operation. You’ve all made this new experience very enjoyable for me and for my family. I always believe that there is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens; and now it’s time for a new talented chef to take over Koosharina and transform it into a new “Cuban cuisine” truck!!
We will for sure miss Koosharina and miss our regular and loyal customers!

To those of you who love Koshary…you should try the Basha Cuisine’s authentic Egyptian Koshary! It’s by far the best I’ve had in KS 😋

Thanks again everyone; and best of luck to everyone still operating a food truck! You all work SO HARD and deserve so much support and respect♥️

Despite all the hard work…our last “First Friday” event at the crossroads last night was very fun 🤩 Thank you team Koosharina for all your hard work ❤️ you guys ROCK! and thank you to all our supportive friends and awesome customers who made us enjoy our new food truck journey!

We’re topping off the season with our last 2022 event on October 15th from 6:30-11:00 PM at the Kansas City Zoo. We will be part of their annual event “Brew at the zoo” 🍷🦒
