Tea Market

Tea Market A tea shop with the heart of a teacher. We often refer to Tea Market as the tea shop with the heart of a teacher. We love your questions!

Discover 140+ loose-leaf teas, exclusive house blends, artisan gifts, and self-care essentials curated to support intentional living and daily ritual. A popular FAQ is, How do I steep the tea? That’s why we include our recommendations in the description for every item in our online tea store and on each canister you purchase in our store. Because even the best loose leaf green tea can be made bitter by getting the water temperature wrong.

Peach season, in a cup.

This week’s Tea of the Week is Peach Nectar, a juicy oolong fruit blend that’s smooth, naturally sweet and full of ripe peach flavor.

If you love a fruit-forward tea that still lets the tea itself shine, this is such a good one.

While it’s delicious hot, we especially love it poured over ice.

Stop by this week and give it a try!

Hi Friends, Tea Market started with 35 of these perfect, large, airtight, ceramic Beehouse Japanese canisters. We switched to the smaller size of the same canisters and now have 96 teas on display. We are clearing out the basement and have 19 of those original canisters for sale. Excellent condition; lid clamps all work great. 6" square x 9.5 inches tall. $25 each.
Here's the Ebay link. Local folks could pick up at Tea Market. Selling 1, a few, or all 19. Leave any questions in the comments.

This week’s Tea of the Week is one of our favorite blends for women who are feeling a little… warm.

Built around tulsi, also known as holy basil, Hot Mama is a caffeine-free herbal blend traditionally used in Ayurveda to help the body adapt to stress and support balance. We paired it with bright citrus and warming chai spices for a cup that’s equal parts delicious and functional.

In this week’s video, Jess shares a little about what makes tulsi such an interesting herb, including its history as an adaptogen and why its traditionally cooling nature makes it such a natural fit for Hot Mama.

Come taste it with us this week. We’re sampling Hot Mama all week.

Long before there was Creamsicle tea, there was Stacie and her brother waiting for the sound of the ice cream man.

Her favorite treat? The Orange Dream. Bright orange citrus + creamy vanilla.

Years later, when Stacie set out to create a tea for summer, she went right back to that childhood memory. She started with our Madagascar Vanilla Black Tea, then added orange, tangerine, apple and florals. Creamsicle was born.

And there may be a little science behind why citrus feels so uplifting. Citrus is naturally rich in aromatic compounds like d-limonene, which early research suggests may interact with pathways involved in dopamine and GABA signaling, both connected to mood and our response to stress.

The black tea brings something to the party, too. It naturally contains caffeine and L-theanine, a combination studied for its role in supporting attention and alertness.
Nostalgic, bright and made for summer. Creamsicle is lovely hot, but pour it over a tall glass of ice and you’ll understand exactly why Stacie created it.

Creamsicle is our Tea of the Week, and we’ll be sampling it over ice in the shop all week long. Stop in and have a taste.

And if caffeine isn’t your thing, we make Creamsicle in decaf, too.
