Meet our Executive Chef, Junior!
Junior has been working in kitchens since he was a teenager and began his journey with Ocean Prime in 2022 as a sauté and broiler cook. In just three years, his talent, dedication, and hard work led him to become our Executive Chef.

Junior is a great leader who exemplifies our culture every day and takes pride in every dish that leaves the kitchen. His passion for his team and commitment to creating an exceptional guest experience are evident in everything he does.

His Ocean Prime favorites? The Scallop & Lobster Risotto paired with a Cucumber Gimlet. In his free time, you’ll find him playing soccer or spending time with his family.
