First time with the Caprese Beef. Watch his face.

David works right down the road and came in on his lunch break. Toasted ciabatta, roasted garlic and basil aioli, fresh mozzarella, crushed cherry tomatoes, balsamic drizzle. Not what most people expect from a burger shack, which is exactly the point.

The Drunken Rancher. House made DBS Ranch, sharp cheddar, applewood smoked bacon, whiskey BBQ, and an onion ring that got made this morning. It is a lot of burger. We are not apologizing for it.
