Meet ✨Michell✨ as you have probably noticed we have some new faces at Ollama! So we thought to properly introduce one of our amazing baristas.🤍 Michell grew up in Chihuahua, Mexico🇲🇽 she lovesss to dance 💃 Her all time favorite Latin song is Nostálgico by Rauw Alejandro 🔥 or anything by Rauw Alejandro 🤭🤭 her favorite drink is the mama ines, we love a good latte🙂‍↕️ she is currently a ballroom dance teacher but in the future she would love to own her own dance studio🩰

Two drinks have been brought back from the barista menu in honor of these Mexican players and we’re excited 🇲🇽

First up: El Gil Mora
At just 17 years old, Gilberto Mora is the youngest player in the World Cup right now and his talent shows he’s exactly where he should be. He’s the son of all of Mexico right now and trust us when we say we would go to war for him.
Fun fact: Mora is the Spanish word for blackberry so we’re bringing back the moradita de amor and renaming it El Gil-Mora 🫐
Blackberry sauce, milk, and espresso topped with cheesecake cold foam and graham cracker sprinkle.

Up Next: Una Noche con Julián
The best seller and fan favorite is back so it was only fitting we brought it back to honor the fan favorite himself, Julián Quiñones. Born in Colombia 🇨🇴 Quiñones moved to Mexico at 17 and obtained his Mexican citizenship in 2023. When given the choice of joining the Colombian or Mexican national team he chose Mexico and MANNNNNN are we grateful.
Our Dubai chocolate drink, Originally named Una Noche en Dubai, was created by our Colombian barista L I U T H 🇨🇴 so this is a little nod to her too 😘
