It’s cozy weather, you know that means you need some good comfort food in your life. We have the perfect special, Cajun dusted Barramundi topped with a Crawfish Florentine sauce. This is the start to every crab cake conversation at Mudbugs. If you ask me about our crab cakes I point to this picture. Our crab cakes are made fresh in house. Served over lemon pepper slaw and Cajun dusted shrimp, topped with a capers & stone ground mustard remoulade. Try our crab cake Po Boy today. Hello Happy Tuesday, Wednesday we have an awesome special planned. Cajun dusted Grouper topped with my favorite Sauce “Pontchartrain Sauce “ oh boy I am so excited for this special. The combination of the two will be so delicious I can hardly wait. Of course you know we have to have some Bourbon Pecan Pie to go with it, so I made a couple of Honey Bourbon pecan pies. Happy Monday, it’s getting close to that time of year where we are making plans for the holidays and thinking about all things fall. Chef Chris and I are planning to shake things up a bit this year. For the first time we are offering a Thanksgiving meal here at Mudbugs. We will serve Thanksgiving dinner from 11-3:30pm and we will have several options available, so there should be something for everyone. We are accepting reservations now and we will open tickets up for purchase in a few weeks. Take a look at the options available and send us a quick message if you would like to reserve your place for dinner.
Since we sold out of Grouper this last weekend Chef is attempting to bring some more in later this week. See you tomorrow friends. Let us know if you have questions. ☮️❤️🦞

Happy Thursday 🎉🎉 check out our special on Friday, Chef Chris has prepared something tasty. Cajun dusted Grouper topped with a Gorgonzola cream sauce. Finished with a Tapenade & Blue Lump Crab relish. This Po Boy is loaded with flavor and you are going to love every bite. We also have peanut butter & chocolate brownies and a super moist white cake filled with whipped cream & peppermint topped with a chocolate ganache.

Also Chef Chris had a special order for Lobster Mac and cheese so he has 2 extra orders. Each order serves 6-8 and are available for pickup tomorrow. Send a message if you are interested. ☮️❤️🦞.

This Thursday we are serving up some Ocean Perch off of the Pacific coast over our lemon pepper slaw topped with a Brie & Capers Béchamel sauce finished with Blue Lump Crab. We have peanut butter & chocolate brownies, and peppermint cake topped with a chocolate ganache. Hours Thursday 11-3pm

Good morning, we are starting this week off with our Seahogs Po Boy on special for Tuesday and we will have a strawberry pound cake for dessert. Chef Chris just completed the new Meals to go menu that starts October 15, 2026. We have received a number of inquiries about a potential Christmas Chef dinner I am happy to report we are making plans. We will post a menu for that soon and announce a date. In the meantime here are some pictures of what we are doing at Mudbugs. Hours Tuesday 11-3pm ☮️❤️🦞
