The Lettuce Eat Café, operated by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Nutrition Research Institute is located on the NC Research Campus to support the needs of our employees and our neighboring community. Looking for something fresh, fast, and flavorful? Swing by the Nutrition Research Institute’s Lettuce Eat Café for sandwiches, crisp salads, and tasty treats made with wellness in mind.

Open to the public, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–2 PM, right in the UNC NRI building in downtown Kannapolis.
