Came up with a unique idea today, thought I'd throw it out there and see what everyone thinks about it. Jar-B-Q!!! It's a mason jar filled with a layer of baked beans, then a layer of our homemade thick BBQ sauce, a layer of Holy Smoke slow-cooked BBQ, then another layer of our BBQ sauce, and layer of cole slaw, then topped with a few bacon bits. What do you think???

Holy Smoke BBQ will be cooking for Super Bowl Sunday again this year, Sun Feb 05. We plan on cooking up our famous ribs and wings, and will announce pricing soon. As you all know, inflation has hit fuel prices and feed prices hard this past year, causing food prices to skyrocket. We are working hard to bring you, our valued customers, the best cuts of meat at the best possible prices. Stay tuned!

Wow, today was a great day for Team Holy Smoke BBQ. We would like to extend a very sincere thank you to my good friend Kevin Alley for allowing us to set up at his restaurant today; to all our fans that came out and supported us, and to all the new friends we made with first time customers. Thanks everyone, hope you enjoyed the food. Stay tuned for our next event!

Last weekend Team Holy Smoke competed in the NC State BBQ Championship. We had a blast and are proud to have ranked 24th overall best BBQ/brisket/ribs/chicken in the entire state. We had some seriously tough competition from many teams that travel the country and do this professionally on a weekly basis, including "Tuffy" Stone from the TV series "BBQ Pitmasters", who won the event. A big thanks to Eric Dollarhide who helped us out at the last minute when we lost one of our team members due to an injury. Looking forward to placing even higher next year with all that we learned!
