What a first night at Stefari West Avenue!
I seriously cannot thank everyone enough for showing up for Cousin Vinny’z tonight. The phones were ringing like CRAZY, pizzas were flying and seeing some familiar faces come through those doors meant more than you guys know.

I also want to thank everyone for your patience and understanding. We definitely found a few first night kinks! Early on, some orders weren't making it back to the kitchen through the POS system and when they finally came through, we got hit with a whole stack at once. 😬 That caused some longer waits than we originally quoted.

We also know some of you tried calling and couldn't get through. I'm truly sorry we missed you! We already know some things we can have fixed and improved for next time.

Thank you to everyone who bought a pizza, waited patiently, shared our posts, left kind words or simply cheered us on!

A huge thank you to Kenny and the Stefari West Avenue crew for the opportunity and for helping us through night one.

Also a very special thank you to my beautiful fiancé Stephanie, who absolutely hustled up front answering phones, taking orders and helping keep everything moving while I was working the kitchen. ❤️ I couldn’t have done night one without her. Thank you to my mom for showing up and supporting me and this dream. It truly took a team and I’m incredibly grateful for mine.

Tonight wasn't about being perfect, it was about getting the dough ball rolling again. We learned a ton. We WILL get better and most importantly…
