Jake's Chaparral is now accepting applications for our Line Cook - Grill/Fryer position.

Duties include:
Help with preparing meats and fryer items
Ensure fryer and grill are ready for shift
Cook all needed steaks, salmons and fries for all guests
Cook foods to needed temperature correctly and promptly
Keep grill and fryer area clean and organized
Help prepare and cook other foods as directed
Clean grills and station nightly
Complete other assignments as assigned

Qualifications:
Knowledge of food and beverage service
Must have State of Utah approved food handlers permit
Ability to take orders and carry them out quickly and correctly
Able to work well with a team under high stress
Able to lift 50 lbs
Decisive and critical thinker
