Flathead Valley Community College invites you to join our senior students at The Culinary Institute of Montana for 12 days of exquisite french cuisine, modern plating, and dining After three semesters of hard work our seniors are presented with the capstone program, a program designed to give them an opportunity to plan, open and operate their own restaurant on campus. Created by FVCC Executive Ch
