What an incredible time at the Live Fire Event in downtown Grand Rapids, where talented Chefs from all over showcased the art of cooking over an open flame. Every station brought creativity, technique, and flavor. 🔥

This event was hosted by the ACF Greater Grand Rapids Chefs Association in partnership with the ACF National Convention — bringing together Chefs, foodies, and many industry professionals!

Last week, Millennium Catering & Events hosted our first-ever Annual Showcase, bringing together event professionals, community partners, and local organizations for an afternoon of connection, collaboration, and inspiration.

Guests enjoyed a curated tasting of our menu offerings, explored our expanded catering services, and connected with incredible vendors and industry partners.
