💚 YES — EAST EGG WILL BE OPEN TOMORROW! 💚

With the boil water advisory affecting so much of Kalamazoo, we know people have questions about what that means for restaurants.

We've spent today getting everything in place so we can safely open and serve you tomorrow. Here's what you can expect:

💧 Water is on us. Any guest who would like water will receive a bottle of water at no charge.

☕ Yes, we'll have brewed coffee! We've set up a separate brewing system that will use only bottled water. We'll also have hot tea, hot chocolate, freshly brewed iced tea and iced coffee prepared with safe water.

🥤 Canned pop will be available for $2: Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Dr Pepper, Diet Dr Pepper and Mountain Dew.

🧊 Ice will be available upon request using commercially produced bagged ice.

🍳 Nearly our entire menu will be available. Any water needed for cooking or food preparation will come from our bottled water supply. Anything previously prepared that needed to be replaced has been replaced.

🍽️ Our commercial dish machine will be operating normally with its proper sanitizing process — we won't be hand-washing dishes.

We've stocked up on bottled water, gallon jugs, commercial ice and everything else we need to make this work safely.

Things may look a little different tomorrow, but we're prepared.

The griddle will be hot, the coffee will be brewed, and breakfast is on. 💚

🚨 SEPTEMBER PAN OF THE MONTH 🚨
🔥🍫🥞 S’MORES PANCAKE 🥞🍫🔥

We’ve done s’mores before… but not like this.

Chocolate chips cooked right into our fluffy pancakes, topped with crushed Golden Grahams, chocolate drizzle, a piece of Hershey’s chocolate and the upgrade that changes everything—

Toasted Marshmallow Fluff 🎯

Yep. We’re torching it to order for that toasted, gooey, campfire-style finish.

No campfire required.
Just come hungry. 😋

Available all September at East Egg Campus.
