Attention Bravo beer fans! ~ We have about 20 growlers of our Citra El Dorado IPA that will be available for sale on a first come-first served basis on Wednesday, May 20, from 5pm-7pm at the restaurant. $10 each, cash only, and of course, you must be 21 or older to purchase.

Chef Shawn is cooking up a storm! Check out his latest recipe 🥕 🍊

Corona Kicker Carrots with vitamin “C”

Serves 2
3 cups baby carrots
2 cups water
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
Juice from 1 Orange

Place the carrots in a pan large enough to hold one layer of carrots in the bottom, Cover with The water and bring to a simmer.
When the water is completely evaporated and the carrots are tender add the remaining ingredients and simmer until sugar is dissolved, about three minutes and enjoy!
