YOU'RE INVITED TO EXPERIMENT WITH US.

Test Kitchen Series is back at 600 Kitchen & Bar for October — and this month, we're putting dumplings to the test.

The Test Kitchen Series is a rotating culinary program where our Chefs explore flavors, techniques and unexpected pairings.

Each Project starts with a single culinary canvas. Then, our chefs create different “Studies” that take that ingredient or concept in completely different directions.

And this is where you come in! Taste the Studies. Pick your favorite. Cast your vote. The winning Study will earn a featured spot on the 600 Kitchen & Bar menu, with Project results revealed bi-monthly.
