Continuing our Test Kitchen Series at 600 Kitchen & Bar with Project Beans for the month of June! Test Kitchen Series is a rotating culinary program where our Chef explores flavors, techniques, and unexpected pairings.

Each “Project” centers around a single canvas (such as Grits, Potatoes, Beans), and each “Study” within that Project highlights a different flavor profile.

Guests are invited to taste different Studies and help decide which dish earns an extended stay on the menu. Your vote helps shape what comes next and the winning Study will earn a featured spot on our menu. Project results will be revealed bi-monthly!

Two for $26 Menu:

Starters:

Gigante Plaki Salad with Baked Giant White Beans + Tomato Sauce + Herbs + Feta Cheese

White Bean Antipasto Salad with Roasted Red Peppers + Artichokes + Herbs + Balsamic Vinaigrette

Entrees:

Feijoada with Braised Beef + Pork + Black Beans + Rice + Collard Greens

Red Beans & Rice with Andouille Sausage + Creole Spices + Trinity + Garlic

Green Butter Shakshuka with Butter Beans + Lemon + Eggs + Tomato + Herbs + Feta Cheese

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the ones who made the ultimate sacrifice. ❤️

The following Millennium Restaurant Group locations will be open: Martell's, Cove Lakeside Bistro, and Centre Street Tap House.

Closed locations will be returning to normal business hours tomorrow on Tuesday, May 26th!
