You can taste the history in Papa’s Italian Sausage, made from the same Sicilian recipe passed down in the Rizzuto family for over a century, stemming from the Italian seaside village of Caltabellotta. We have been serving up traditional, home-style Italian sausages in Kalamazoo, MI since opening our doors in 1984! Customer favorites include Papa’s famous sausages, Potato La’ Roma (fried potatoes with oregano, garlic, and onion), and The Bella Supreme, which features a hot or mild link of sausage served on a toasty bun and topped with Papa’s seasoned Italian beef, sauteed onions, grilled green peppers, and melty Provolone cheese. We can cater for your next big gathering, and you can also find us at the Kalamazoo Farmers Markets, the annual Kalamazoo Institute of Arts’ Art Fair, as well as many other local events. 🌲 Twin Pines 🌲 Michigan IPA will be back on draft Friday!

A perennial fan favorite, Twin Pines gets its piney, citrusy and floral character from Michigan-grown Chinook hops. Rich malt character from midwest-grown heirloom barley and fruity esters from a unique English yeast complete the package.

Even if you have no clue what heirloom barley and esters are, you’ll enjoy this flavorful and well-balanced IPA 🍺

Just heard of the passing of Terry Henderson-a true entrepreneur  who brought a lot of different great food to Kalamazoo, including Qdoba, big apple bagel and of course, Little Caesars true gentlemen, he will be missed rest in peace -My friend condolences to his family.
