Can we talk about the part of owning a business that no one prepares you for?

The loneliness.

Not the “working by yourself” kind of lonely. The kind where you desperately want advice but don’t know who to call because you don’t know anyone else in the same boat.

The kind where you hesitate to make weekend plans because you’ve canceled too many times already.

The unexpected bills that show up at the worst possible time or another dine-and-dash happens, and while other people might think, “It’s just one table,” you’re thinking about payroll, groceries, and another piece of your heart that feels a little more worn down.

The days you were so sure would be amazing...and somehow end up being complete flops.

The constant pressure of carrying your family’s livelihood on your shoulders while trying to be present for your kids, your spouse, your employees, and yourself.

Raising two young kids while we both work full-time, trying to build this dream in every spare moment we have. It’s beautiful...and it’s exhausting.

People love to celebrate the full parking lot, the sold-out days, the big milestones, and the “living the dream” moments.

But they rarely see the nights you’re lying awake wondering how you’re going to make it all work.

They don’t see the tears, the self-doubt, the sacrifices, or the quiet prayers whispered before opening the doors each morning.

If you’re another business owner reading this, I just want you to know...

I see you.

I know how heavy this can feel.

I’m cheering for you, praying for you, and hoping your next good day is closer than you think.

And if no one has told you lately...

You’re doing better than you believe you are.
Keep going.

The world needs the dream you’re brave enough to keep building. 💙

The first 20 kids in the door on July 3rd and July 4th (40 total) will get this free water toy from us! Our way of trying to help keep you cool 💦 during this heat wave 🥵 The water slide and toys will remain out all week/weekend! We open at 11am Friday - Sunday and 4pm Tuesday - Thursday
