We are proud to grow our own coffee 4 miles from our roastery and cafe in Maunawili. We also source and roast quality green coffee from local coffee growers across the Hawaiian Islands and from specialty coffee producers in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as Central and South America who share our vision for producing quality coffee, and caring of your team, customers and community.

ChadLou’s Coffee was started by Sheila & Matt Rosete in Kailua in 2010. Their hope was and still is to create a true community space for people to connect over great coffee and food. Community has always been at the core of ChadLou's Coffee. The Rosete family have called Kailua home for nearly six decades.
We have continually grown in our love and knowledge as to what makes great coffee. In 2016, we took a big step and started roasting our own coffee and for other local businesses.
In 2018 we started growing and producing our own coffee in the same Kailua ahupua'a as our roastery and cafe, in Maunawili.
We are committed members of the Specialty Coffee Association and the Hawaii Coffee Association which engage, inspire, and expand sustainable global and local, respectively, specialty coffee community through shared values and core commitments.
