Come try our new Schiacciata sandwich that we have launched, FLORENCE'S MACHINE. Crispy skinned pork belly, scratch made stracciatella cheese, red onion marmalade, pistachio cream and arugula on crispy rosemary oil schiacciata bread made exclusively for us by our besties at . We spent a ton of time in Florence, Italy last month finalizing months of research into these iconic Firenze street sandwiches and we are super stoked with our interpretations of them. The perfect bread to make the perfect handheld, it hits on every level.
We will be setup in front of at 11am in . with will be selling cheeses and spreads to pair with that killer Sundog Breadnesday, will be there with fresh produce and flowers, and Tim will be there from Kelley's Ice Cream with all his fresh flavors as well! The weekly street party continues.
