Before Aloha Mix Cafe became our new home in KONA, we were Aloha Mix Food Truck in Naʻālehu for almost 10 years! 🚚🌺 Along the way, many people knew us simply as “the Purple Food Truck across from Punaluʻu Bakery.” 💜 We’re also so thankful to have been recognized as one of Yelp’s Top 100 Food Trucks in the country! 🙌

Family Update 💜

For those of you who have been following our journey and wondering how our family is doing after the flood, here’s a little update.

With the help of close friends and every dollar you generously gave, we now have a permanent home here in Kona. Our car insurance claim also came through, and we were able to get a family car.

Our restaurant schedule has not been as consistent as we would like because we’ve been recovering from colds and fatigue—probably from moving and the nonstop work of cleaning, organizing, and sanitizing all our belongings. We are still recovering little by little.

We’re looking forward to opening the restaurant more days and settling into our new normal routine again.

Thank you very, very much for supporting us, praying for us, and helping our family through this difficult season. We truly appreciate every one of you.

May the Lord return your generosity to you tenfold. God bless you all. 💜🙏
