We are a Smoked BBQ Restaurant and Catering service, located on the Windward side of the island of Oahu, in beautiful Hawaii. All of our meat is dry-rubbed with our special seasoning and smoked for hours with a blend of hickory, and tropical woods. This is our, "low and slow" approach to cooking. We add our Original BBQ Sauce that is a thick homestyle sauce, loaded with onions and garlic but not too spicy.
