35-40% of new coffee shops will close their doors before they reach the 3 year mark. Today we are overwhelmed with gratitude to step across the 3 year threshold. 🤎

We’ve had regulars become friends we look forward to seeing everyday. Employees who worked here part time while in high school now off achieving great things. We’ve forged relationships that will likely out live the four walls of the coffee shop they were created inside. Now we want to be intentional and take just a moment to reflect on the growth we’ve had and the growth that is still to come and more importantly say thank you to our staff (current and former) for cultivating the culture of hospitality we strive everyday to maintain and to our loyal friends and customers, we’d never have made it here if it wasn’t for every one of you!
