I got a tip from another Fat Hog that Tri-Tip was on sale at Vons for $4.99 a pound and picked up a couple that I cooked up last night for a pre-4th BBQ.

Today we are celebrating the birth of the USA with friends at a pot-luck and bringing our Mexican Street Corn.
