The original concept of Smokeys Real Pit Bar-B-Q was founded in New York City, New York by Mrs. The first Smokey's restaurant opened to the public on August 20th, 1979. After growing to three restaurants in New York, Mrs. Smokeys returned home to Florida to be with her family. She then opened her first Florida restaurant on March 8, 1986, and then another in August 2003, both under the name of Mrs

. In those years, many accolades were given and awards won along the way, culminating with national recognition on the Food Network's show "Top 5 drive thru joints" in April 2004. Smokeys continues to operate in the Jupiter area where it continues to be praised by the community and professionals in the food industry alike.

We bring this one back every year to kick off the fall season, and it’s always a crowd favorite. Our Autumn Spice Rub was made for brisket, but trust us… it’s pretty darn good on just about EVERYTHING. 🔥

And of course, that means the Autumn Spice Sandwich is back too!
